Completing your Award and Celebration
Over the last few weeks, you’ll have put the finishing touches on your Award, had your section logs assessed, and submitted your Award to your Award Leader for their approval. Once your Award Leader has verified your logs and assessments, they will approve your Award!
Once your Award Leader has approved your Award on the ORB, our systems will automatically send you an approval email that contains your digital certificate and letter of approval. This approval email will also contain an order form, where you’ll have the opportunity to order a physical certificate and/or pin to commemorate your achievement. The celebration continues with the Virtual Award Centre Celebration, a special event held twice a year in June and December, where Bronze Award recipients are honored virtually.
Month 15 Checklist
In month 15 you will...
Upon Award approval, you will be notified via email of your Award completion. In this email, you will find a digital certificate and a letter of approval.
You will also have the opportunity to order a physical certificate and/or pin. A link to the order form can be found in the approval email upon Award completion.
Once your Award has been approved, congratulations, it’s time for a Celebration! In the Virtual Award Centres, . Upon Award completion, Silver participants will be automatically added to a mailing list and will be contacted in advance about the next Virtual Award Centre Celebration.
Month 15 Checklist
- Received the approval email containing a digital certificate and approval letter.
- Ordered a hard copy certificate and/or pin (optional).
- Prepared to be contacted in advance about the Virtual Award Centre Celebration that happens in either June or December.
