14-Day Push-Up Challenge: Let’s power up those push-ups and crush those fitness goals!
Materials Needed:
- Comfortable Workout Clothes
- Comfortable Sneakers
- Workout mat (Optional)
Instructions:
Day 1-7:
- Start with 5 push-ups a day. Increase by 1 push-up each day.
Day 8-14:
- Take a day off on Day 8. Resume with the highest number of push-ups you reached. Continue for the next 7 days.
