" Being a part of the award program has definitely impacted his life for the positive! "
Amar Latchman completed his Bronze Award in 2019.
He joined the Award program because he had always heard of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award from his peers when he was an Air Cadet and they inspired him with the activities and improvements in their lives. In completing his Award, Amar’s 3 activities consisted of IT Systems Design, Weightlifting Training, and Charity Event Planning. These activities were crucial to participate in every day, and Amar continues to practice them even 3 years later.
Today, Amar works in Technology Strategy Consulting and the skills he gained in his skills activity have become very essential.
